The task of leader is to make an Ummah a true Ummah, get them into action and movement thereby making them reach their goal. Thus the actual journey has to be done by the Ummah themselves after being given direction by the leader. If community decides that their duties also should be delivered by the leader then movements do not happen despite of a leader being present; in fact such communities become a burden on the shoulders of the leader and choke his throat. |
